Hi Kim,

It saves by default the actual p-value, unless the option -save1-p is used. To threshold in fslmaths use therefore the option "-uthr", so that values above 0.05 are zeroed out.

I've just got the result, and the p-value in tfce_tstat_cfwep (also in clustere or vox file) is pretty hight for me, when I make a thresholding at 0.05 with fslmaths,  there's nothing left, for all contrast. Is it the true p-value that we want or (1-p) like in randomise. Thank you so much for your advice.
