Hi,

This sounds like a mistake in how you entered the values into the EVs.  Try to go through that process again and look at the design matrix carefully (e.g. via the View Design button) before starting your analysis.

All the best,
Mark

Subject: [FSL] error in GLM processing

I am running FSL  6.0 on ubuntu . when i try to perform first level GLM modelling . it takes more time than usual time and it seems that results are not  correct . it  fails  to perform design and efficiency  .

in designing  matrix outputs,

all regressors are straight lines and contrasts outputs showing 0 for every EV which i didnt put .
and following  processing problem is also occuring .

"Problem with processing the model: Warning: at least one EV is (close to) a linear combination of the others. You probably need to alter your design".

please make a response

i would be so thankful to get some suggestions
thank you in advance

kind regards
