Dear FSL experts, I would like to extract motion parameters from my diffusion data. I am trying to use the script ec_plot.sh in this way ./ec_plot.sh data.ecclog however I get the following errors Image Exception : #22 :: ERROR: Could not open image data libc++abi.dylib: terminating with uncaught exception of type RBD_COMMON::BaseException An exception has been thrown ERROR: Could not open image dataTrace: read_volumeROI. I made sure no other files called like my ecclog file are present in the directory. I deeply appreciate any suggestions you might have...
