There is a call for papers for "A Quest for Humanitarian Effectiveness?" conference scheduled for 14-16 September 2015, at the University of Manchester. Resilience is one of the strands this conference will focus on. The deadline for submissions is 15 May 2015. For more details please see the attachments.
