Does anyone know how payslips, P45s and P60s should be dealt with as part of a SAR?

I understand there are certain rules about P45s not being re-issued, P60s only being certified duplicates by the tax man etc, and that there can be potential charges there... but where a company has an electronic HR system that stores copies of payslips, P60s etc can an individual not just put a SAR in for them for £10 for the lot? I keep seeing organsiations charging £5 for copies of payslips and £25 for P60s. I think some health trusts charge £18. Is there any legislation that allows these charges? Or should they just be charging £10 as a SAR?

Thanks
Lynn
