Hello Everyone, I am testing RELION with a PBS scheduler and am having some weird "changes in optimal offsets “. I get values between 1e+9 and 1e+20, depending on the run. Looking at the data.star file, i see that thousands of particles have OriginX and Y in those ranges. I am wondering if PBS is not assigning resources properly, making Relion to go awry, or if it is a compilation problem. Has anyone seen this before? By advance, many thanks, Amedee
