hi all I just velcro'ed the front feet of the back-projection mirror into a good position. This should resist bumping. Note that you shouldn't ever have to change the position of the mirror *or* the tilt of the mirror. One setting of the mirror will accommodate either lens at any magnification, with any conceivable position of the image on the two different screens at two different positions in the bore. To easily adjust the left-right position of the image on the screen, stand just to side of the projector box, look into the mirror to see the position of the image on the screen, and move the front of the projector box (it is sitting on a plank of wood). To adjust the up-down position of the image, rotate the knob under the back of the projector box. Don't try to re-position the mirror easel by grabbing the top of it. If you absolutely absolutely absolutely absolutely absolutely must reposition the mirror, do it by grabbing the front foot easel at the very bottom of each foot in order to detach the velcro. When you are done, put it back the way it was. cheers, marty To leave the list, go to http://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?SUBED1=bucni&A=1.
