The DPC is pleased to invite registrations for their upcoming events programme, suitable for those just 'Getting Started with Digital Preservation' through to those who are 'Making Progress'.


*         Getting Started in Digital Preservation, 1st May, Belfast<http://bit.ly/1FkzLpn> - Registration closes 24th April at 17:00
A one-day general introduction to digital preservation for those just starting out, covering issues such as preservation planning, tools and risk management as well as case studies from practitioners and practical exercises.

*         Making Progress in Digital Preservation, 12th May, Glasgow<http://bit.ly/1IZML7b> - Registration closes 4th May at 17:00
A one-day course for those taking the next steps in digital preservation. Presentations cover institutional readiness, writing digital preservation policies, the skills required for DP work and self-assessment of solutions. This is accompanied by a number of case studies and time for group discussions.
