Southampton Business School at the University of Southampton is looking for a new KTP Associate to participate in a joint project with HR software adoption solution provider AppLearn.  As part of the project, you will be collecting and analysing data and developing behavioural models to understand the cause and effect of different actions on software adoption and engagement with HR processes. 

 

This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate with a numerical background (e.g. statistics, mathematics, operational research, business analytics, etc.) who is interested in analysing data to bring actionable insights to a business organisation.

 

The post is a two-year fixed term appointment. The Associate will be based in Manchester. 

 

Salary: Up to £25,000 p.a.
