Thanks all for your responses. Can I ask if you are recording them as full time, how do you then cope with HESA? thanks Sarah Mumby Student Records and Assessment Officer Student Administration Leeds Trinity University Brownberrie Lane Horsforth Leeds LS18 5HD Tel: 0113 2837326 Fax: 0113 2837200 Email: [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]> www.leedstrinity.ac.uk<http://www.leedstrinity.ac.uk/> [ZA102637861]<https://www.facebook.com/#!/pages/LTU-Student-Admin/323759117791432> Normal working hours: Monday to Thursday 8.15 – 6pm From: List for discussions regarding Student Loans Company and Bursaries [mailto:[log in to unmask]] On Behalf Of Pippa Smith Sent: 27 April 2015 14:32 To: [log in to unmask] Subject: Re: Repeating part time? or is this full time? Dear Sarah Yes we only have full-time undergraduate programmes so students who are retaking less than a full-time load are returned as full-time but with a pro rata tuition fee. We are proposing to permit students who do not pass all of their modules to repeat part time. Can you confirm if you register them as part time or full time (I have heard some institutions keep students as full time as its a full time programme) and if so how do you return them to the SLC. Obviously there are funding implications for the student if they are only registered part time and there is the council tax issue also. Much appreciated.
