Subject: AKI Alert (UK)

Has anyone in the UK gone live with the AKI alert? (http://www.england.nhs.uk/ourwork/patientsafety/akiprogramme/aki-algorithm/).

If so, how was it for you and are you following the recommended algorithm or a modified local one?

If not, why not?

Best wishes
