On p. 5 it states
It is necessary to exclude patients in whom there are other conditions that might affect calcium homeostasis.5,8
The following patient groups with conditions that might influence calcium metabolism should be excluded:
Various
Total calcium concentration >2.0 and <2.7 mmol/L
Various
i.e. roughly normal with not a lot affecting Ca level.
Does it really mean this, or should it be <2.0 and >2.7 ? Or am I being as thick as usual?
