I fully agree on what Donald has already written. Concerning your "little accident", if this additional survey run means that the subject had to be repositioned, or that there was a longer break between session 1 and 2, possibly resulting in large(r) head motion (relative to the other subjects) between the two sessions, then you should check whether realignment works well. In case the displacement is very large there *might* be some issues during that preprocessing step, although realignment seems to be very robust in general.
