Dear SPM experts, In order to deal with the fact that some runs (within-subject) have a different number of conditions I have analyzed these runs separately, and therefore now need to average over them (https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?A2=spm;def10bbf.1503) or at least for the contrasts that I'm interested in (only first four). How do I do that (, keeping in mind I do not have that much experience with SPM yet)? Thank you. Kind regards, Johannes.
