Dear Experts,
I have probably a very basic question. I start with VBM under SPM8. I run a basic estimate and write routine, all default settings.
The normalized anatomical images wmr* have rather abnormal content - a mask of uniform values (all voxels are 32767).
While the modulated gray matter images m0wrp* look quite fine.
What could be the error?
