Hackney Museum
Museum Officer
Full Time, £26,337 - £27,879

Are you passionate about local history? Do you enjoy working with people to create innovative exhibitions?
We are seeking an energetic Museum Officer who has flair and initiative. The Museum Officer role is an opportunity to support the development, delivery and evaluation of the Museum's exhibitions programme and public events as well as managing the collections and permanent displays.

Heritage Learning Assistant
Part time, 18 hours per week, £21,120 - £23,145 pro rata
The new role of Heritage Assistant is an opportunity to support the learning programmes across both Hackney Museum and Hackney Archives. Hackney Archives is seeking a professional Archivist to manage the official repository for the London Borough of Hackney. Committed to the values of the service and working positively with the Museum and Heritage Education teams you will be leading a small, yet professional team to achieve the ambition to be a centre of archival excellence. You will have experience and drive for open access, community collaboration and digital developments.
