I think it's a meter of some kind and it's pre-1935 (it has an old accession number for that year but sadly all our records are currently in deep storage whilst we move offices for Gallery closure) and just wondered if anyone could shed any light on it? The small dials at the top are for hundreds and tens but I can't find any kind of maker's marks anywhere. Thanks in advance!
