Dear OER-D,

Sorry to come straight in with a request when I'm new here but I thought you might be able to comment on this:

https://docs.google.com/document/d/14xPoS6Jp41M2g9h_PylC9BhmdrKJLk7eaAvrLwcjRZk/edit?usp=sharing

It's an info sheet, instructions and terms of release to encourage students to Creative Commons license their group work, including some fallback positions in case they don't want to go that far but are content for the institution to show their work.

The students in question are in groups making what are essentially little web sites together on Mahara, including embedded stuff they produced elsewhere e.g. timelines, videos, 3D visualisations. The idea is to minimise bureaucracy by asking students to include their terms on their front pages.

Any thoughts, suggestions?

Thanks in advance,

Mira
