I have been seeking an OHA / technician in the London / South area and I have just come across a Reg SCPHN- OH (Reg 2012) who has never had training or done Spirometry
or audiometry!!
I am astounded! Surely this is the bread and butter of OH?
I have advised this person as a matter of priority to seek training and experience in this area as even if not hands on they should be able to understand and
supervise the interpretations.
Can I ask the jist list your thoughts???
Kind Regards,
Janet Patterson RGN, RSCPHN- OH, MMEDSci, CMIOSH
