Hello Gemmers!
I wonder if you could share your wisdom regarding work experience students for year 10 and 11 students. We currently only accept volunteers over the age of 18 but would like to reinstate placements for younger students.
I was wondering if anyone could share any examples of risk assessments as well as procedures relating to recruitment and management of volunteers of this age.
