What was your DOF and cost function prior to registration? Did you check all the images prior to registration to ensure they are in the same orientation?

Thank you for your advice, unfortunately that does not change the result
What does work is increasing the DOF to maximum and doing a full as opposed to normal search. This however means the process takes 12 hours as opposed to a few minutes.
Does anyone have any input as to how to accomplish the same end result in a more time efficient manner?
