Hi - yes the boundary is eroded in the FMRIB58 FA image (due to it only including decent FA values in all subjects used.....I guess that should be revisited in a future version) - however the overall scaling is correct and the tracts do align very well to the MNI152 - they are in the same space.

This seems to be a nonlinear effect because the center is good but the borders not reach the MNI T1. Can this problem influence the usage of mni atlas masks?
