Hi - yes the boundary is eroded in the FMRIB58 FA image (due to it only including decent FA values in all subjects used.....I guess that should be revisited in a future version) - however the overall scaling is correct and the tracts do align very well to the MNI152 - they are in the same space.

Sorry if someone already answered my question but why is it, that the fmrib58 standard FA  template is smaller than the standard MNI template? This seems to be a nonlinear effect because the center is good but the borders not reach the MNI T1. Can this problem influence the usage of mni atlas masks?
