Dear FSL Experts, Sorry if someone already answered my question but why is it, that the fmrib58 standard FA template is smaller than the standard MNI template? This seems to be a nonlinear effect because the center is good but the borders not reach the MNI T1. Can this problem influence the usage of mni atlas masks? Thanks Kázmér Kovács
