Dear experts,
I would like to corregister the AAL atlas to individual GM modulated images so that I can extract the GM volumes for every area in each subject.
I've been trying flirt and fnirt but didn't get satisfactory results.
Could anyone suggest me a good procedure and the options that I should use for this corregistration?
For example, should I use 12 dof and trilinear or nearest neighbour interpolation?
