Hi Matt, do you mean FSL? That works! I installed SGE following this guide: http://chrisfilo.tumblr.com/post/579493955/how-to-configure-sun-grid-engine-for-fsl-under (using "sudo apt-get install gridengine-master gridengine-exec gridengine-client gridengine-qmon").
