Dear FSL Experts, I would like to analyze resting state fMRI data in stroke patients using Melodic and Dual Regression. With this in mind, how do I input stroke lesion masks in Melodic in order for the output data to subsequently be used in Dual Regression? Would I need to specify the lesion masks for each patient through the command line in Melodic (-m option)? I apologize for my lack of experience with these FSL tools. Regards, Timothy
