Hi, I am attempting to measure CNR across an ROI within MATLAB from my FSL data set. I have imported the relevant filtered func time series and intended to subtract the partial model fit for relevant contracts from this to get an idea of noise. my problem is that I cannot locate the appropriate time series files for partial model fit to each voxel. I have located the time series plots for the most active voxel for each contrast but I need to know for each individual voxel. As these files are assessable in fslview when you load the copes into the time series window and see how they fit onto the filtered_func_data.nii.gz, I assume they must be somewhere! I have tried loading the cope.nii.gz files but these are volume and not time series format. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks Sarah
