Hi Anne

Sarah did not know.  She referred me to Suzanne Fagan, who I keep missing.  I will retrieve the documents out of the shredding sacks and transfer into archive boxes, which I will mark to destroy in 6 years just to be on the safe side.  I am pretty sure that no one will ever want to look at this information which is a combination of dyslexia assessments, learning support plans and old medical evidence.

Although I am signed up to the NADP website I don't seem to be able to access it.  One of the things on my list to look into, but I never seem to get the chance.  I would like to come on 8/5/15.  I would be good to share practice and meet some other people in the same boat.

I am looking to update our filing systems.  Most of our recent DSA documentation is stored electronically.

 

Are there any guidelines that I need to adhere to regarding how long I need to keep NMH Session notes or Dyslexia Assessment Reports?
