NEW DELHI: Government has digitised over 11 lakh ancient documents and manuscripts available with the National Archives of India (NAI) and was preparing to digitise another 11 lakh historic records, Lok Sabha was informed today.

More than Rs 25 lakh have been spent till January end this year on digitisation of the archives, Minister of State for Culture Mahesh Sharma said during Question Hour.
