The Unit for Medical Statistics (UMS) is looking for a Research Fellow in Medical Statistics. UMS sits within Division of Health and Social Care Research at King’s College London and is an expanding group of 16 statisticians working in applied methodology, clinical trials and epidemiological studies in health services research (www.medstats.org.uk )

 

Research Fellow in Medical Statistics (£39,685-£47,328 + £2,323 London Allowance; fixed term 3 years)

We are looking for an experienced statistician with an interest in clinical trials and meta-analysis. The role is a dual one. 50% of the role will involve working on recently funded studies whist also supporting the development of funding applications. The other 50% will be a consultancy role working as an advisor for the London Research Design Service to support research teams who are preparing grant applications.
