There is a companion website www.clinicalchem.co.uk with a lot of the graphic ideas included as examples.
I used google visualytics for a lot of the animations. Unfortunately (due to the vendetta between google and Microsoft), they do not seem to work with explorer, so please use firefox or chrome to have a look.
