Hello Fellow Walkers,

I am a member of WAN & a 3rd year Mature Fine Art student at UCA, Farnham, Surrey, Uk and for my degree show I am working on a participatory project about walking.

I would like to enlist the help of some of you. What I would like to do it is to post each walker a disposable camera which would be returned to me & ask that they take pictures of what " A Mark of Effort"  means to you on your walks - your own interpretation. There is no right or wrong answer.

I would like to if possible some feedback via a few questions.

The images & any feedback MAY be used, with the walkers permission, in the Degree show at Farnham.

At the moment I am in the very early stages of researching but do need to do this as soon as possible. You can live anywhere in the world & it does not matter what type of walking you participate in. But I would like it to be solitary walk.

If you feel this is something you can help me with this, please let me know- or if you have any further questions.
