NEW DELHI: A day after TOI exclusively reported that the probe into leaks of government documents had reached the defence ministry and cops were quizzing one of its employees, crime branch officers said the staffer had been arrested on charges of connivance with the other accused. Virender Singh, 31, a casual worker in the ministry, is suspected of having leaked key papers.
