Thank you for the link.
I skimmed the pdf and will read it thoroughly later.
I'm sure it is a very valuable piece of information on a project that, alas, was cut short by very dark forces only concerned with immediate self-profit (the destructive power of money never ceases to amaze me).
However, the same could be said of a lot of other things.
It doesn't change the fact that VSM is simply useless to "the design field as a whole".

Cybersyn was surely a milestone, but a milestone for politics, administration science and operations research. Not for design. Unless you equate design to politics, administration science or operations research.
