Connect! Competition
Museums at Night have now announced
that 6 top contemporary artists have joined the Connect! competition for 2015: your museum could win one of them to come and lead a participatory Museums at Night
event at your venue during the October festival (30-31 October).
The artists this year are Alinah Azadeh, Luke Jerram, Pure Evil, Yinka Shonibare MBE, Gillian Wearing and Davy & Kristin McGuire.
How does the Connect! competition work?
Any cultural or heritage venue in the UK can enter. You decide which artist your organisation would like to win, and complete the event form
to tell them what sort of Museums at Night event you’d hold with them. Each artist picks 5 venues with interesting ideas to go through to a public vote, which will be open from May 1 – 16.
For further information including the Event Submission Form, Resource Pack and Terms & Conditions please visit:

Remember Cardiff Story and Swansea Museum were successful in winning an artist in 2014 and as a result increased their profile to a wider audience.
Please let me know if you are planning on entering – the deadline is 20 March. Good luck!
Thanks
Nicky
