In case you had missed this excellent report from the State Library of Queensland it reports on the dividend public libraries bring. A solid piece of research, conservative in its calculations. A return of £2.3 for every £1 spent – could be as high in some areas as £4.1 which is more like the figure other similar studies have found in the past (somewhere between 3 and 5). This is a key message to get out there.
