She is the editor of a previous Facet title ‘A Handbook for Media Librarians’ and is currently course tutor for the Management module on UCL’s MA in Librarian and Information Studies. *Andrew Grave* founder of Research Counts Andrew began his information career at the business support agency Business Link. He then joined BDO, the UK’s sixth largest accountancy firm, working there for 11 years. His work at BDO spanned vendor management, competitor intelligence and research and analysis.
