Can journal policies related to open access can be expressed more clearly?

 

A new post on the Jisc scholarly communications blog provides an update on the explorations on this question by the Sherpa/FACT advisory group, which has members from research funders, universities, publishers and the Sherpa team, and is convened by Jisc.
