Colleagues, If any of you already working or interested in developing your own QGIS based courses or expanding on the materials at https://github.com/FOSS4GAcademy please contact Lene Fischer (email [log in to unmask] ) directly to attend. I understand that she has arranged few places for educators including free accommodation so all can work on building new educational collaborations in different subject areas and plan for the near future. Also i have a request. It will be good to know if as educators if you have found the materials at https://github.com/FOSS4GAcademy useful or planning to use to build up your courses, please do send an email to Phillip Davis (email- [log in to unmask] ) as it will help us understand the impact and help build new collaborations in different new subject areas. They have limited the maximum numbers for the conference to 150 so if you are planning to attend , you will need to plan now. Lene- did i understand correctly that there are a few free places (which covers accomodation etc) for educators?
