Dear all, those of you who are members of the GeolSoc have the opportunity to vote for new members of its Council. Christine Peirce, formerly Secretary of the British Geophysical Association, is standing for GeolSoc Council, and I encourage you to vote for her. This is partly to build up geophysics representation at the GeolSoc, but mostly because she did a splendid job as BGA Secretary and I expect no less of her as a GeolSoc Council member.
