I am not quite sure I understand this question: normally in the native_space sub directory for these options you would have a perfusion_calib image (for the grey matter perfusion in ml/100g/min) and perfusion_calib_masked which has been masked to include  voxels containing grey matter.

Dear FSL's experts,

I've tested the "oxford_asl" command on pCASL single delay data, with 2 different brain structural images (-s struct_brain) :
bash oxford_asl -i diffdata -o pvc --tis 3.175 --bolus 1.650 --casl -c control_brain -s struct_brain --tr 4.05 --te 14 --regfrom control_brain --pvcorr

Surprisingly, in the "native_space" output datas I've got 2 different "perfusion_calib" images whereas it should be equal because independant from the -s option ?

Best regards,
