Hi Saad, Thank you for your advice-- I registered the subjects' diffusion brain mask (nodif_brain_mask) to an MNI template (using FLIRT) and overlayed the parietal ROI (also in MNI space) to compare. The entire parietal ROI is located inside the mask. I'm not sure where else along the FDT pipeline to check for mistakes in processing (I have also checked that the registration was completed correctly before running probtrackx2). Best, Samantha
