Hi - if things look like they are aligning well, then things are probably fine - I would just check somehow that - if there's a chance that original file formats / conversions are at all "unsure" - that left-right are now the correct way round.

I've been working on an older dataset that was previously converted to .nii format from analyze .img/.hdr format. Analyses have been progressing normally, but I have noticed that the functional images are listed in fslview as "Coordinate space: Scanner anatomical" while the anatomical images are listed as "Aligned anatomical." I think I understand the difference between the two, but is this ultimately problematic? Registration looks good, but I want to be sure this difference (due to differences in how the files were originally converted) is not an issue. Any advice would be appreciated!
