Hello everyone,

 

During our mock exams recently, it came to light that some of our invigilators may need additional training to help them fulfil their role and requirements according to their job description! (Some seem to think it is easy money!)

 

I am contemplating inspecting my invigilators and meeting with them to discuss and additional training they require and if necessary following disciplinary procedures to get rid of them!

 

Do any of you have a spot check form/inspection form you would be willing to share?

 

Also how to you dismiss invigilators (should you need to?) Do you have a formal HR process you have to follow, or do you simply stop allocating them exams?
