I wonder if some can guide me through the resources to create visually-appealing forest plots using software/prorgam. I know Revman provides excellent forest plot for the treatment effect. However, I am especially looking to create forest plot from the results of multivariable logistic regression or multivariable cox-regression.

For example,

Age (Adult vs Elderly)                    OR: 1.28 95% CI: 1.08-1.58

Gender (Female vs Man)                OR: 1.00 95% CI: 0.88-2.21.

I just want to use the data to create forest plots.  Can anyone suggest the best way to get those plots?
