That strikes me on first impression as a fairly dubious use of s14 to refuse the request; can’t see how it would be upheld by the ICO.

I know this is mainly an FOI issue but it does involve the use of RIPA and I am not on the FOI list.

I am surprised at the Met police use of vexatious to justify not supplying the information.
