I am currently working with a leading pharmaceutical company based in the S.East UK who require 2 x contract statisticians to work on a specific HTA project until the end of the year.

 

The opportunity for a talented statistician to join an exciting and innovative biometrics team has become available with a recognised player in the pharmaceutical industry. In this unique position the successful candidate will have oversight of supporting various functional areas of an international health technology assessment division.

 

You will be given the opportunity to;

-Design and plan HTA projects

-Carry out an advanced level of analysis

-Interpret results and report results back to relevant teams to compile HTA dossiers

-Work in a multi-functional environment which consists of primarily programmers, observational scientists, real world evidence teams and HTA specialists.

 

Key areas to be successful in this role;

-BSs or MSc in statistics (related field)

-Strong knowledge of advanced statistical methodologies

-Excellent working knowledge of SAS

-Prior experience within providing HTA support is highly desirable

-CDISC data standards knowledge would be beneficial

 

-Contract until the end of the year initially (December 2015) with a strong chance of extension given the nature and longevity of the project.

-2 days home working to accommodate any needs of the contractor.

-Excellent rates on offer depending upon skill level, availability etc.
