Senior Statistical Programmer - UK
Office based in London
A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Statistical Programmer to take on a lead position and join the highly motivated Biostatistics team of a
renowned drug development services company. Our client has a global presence and supports worldwide pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies.
The role will involve:
-
Contributing to the development of SAS programmes and Macros
-
Ensuring continuous compliance to the Standard Operating Procedures
-
The responsibility to report to management regarding resource issues and project development
-
Coordinating the statistical programming through various sites and ensure timely and quality delivery
-
Leading projects and managing programming personnel on multiple projects
-
Providing mentoring and guidance to the Statistical Programming group
-
Participating in performance reviews if required
-
Contributing to the review of deliverables and providing statistical quality assurance review
Ideally you:
-
Have previous experience in leading SAS programming projects within the pharmaceutical industry
-
Have project management skills
-
Previously acted as a point of contact of statistical programming through all the phases of clinical trials
-
Possess and in-depth understanding of clinical methodologies, industry standards and medical technology
