It will start with an update on a research project conducted by the Diversity & Inclusion Working Group on the evidence for inclusive leadership based on a review of over 300 articles. Following this, there will be a keynote talk on ‘Leveraging Difference’ given by Martin Davidson, Professor of Leadership & Diversity at Darden School of Business, University of Virginia. Martin will discuss how diversity is much more than learning about race, gender, and other social groups, but about leveraging the differences that matter most to achieving organisations' mission and goals. The event will end with a wine reception.
