Applications are invited from enthusiastic and articulate biomedical scientists to join a dynamic, state-of-the art clinical laboratory in the role of section leader in our fully automated and integrated multidisciplinary laboratory.
The laboratory service processes in excess 7 million tests per year.
We are looking for an HCPC-registered scientist to be the technical lead for all issues relating to Clinical Biochemistry sections of the laboratory.
This position will involve a high degree of teamwork with all grades of staff so the successful candidate must be self-motivated, a good communicator and be able to work under pressure.
Full support will be given in the pursuit of further multi-discipline training
